IPCC report: Fast and ambitious action will allow for climate change mitigation [1]

On 13 April 2014, the IPCC published the last contribution of its Fifth Assessment Report on Climate Change. This report from Working Group III, focusing on climate change mitigation, finds that it is not too late to act, and that it is even possible at lower cost than widely claimed.
